Banyan Works
At Banyan Community Health, we know that basic needs, such as housing and employment, are integral to individual and community health. Banyan Works is a workforce development program that supports our residential treatment patients by providing job development skills and a network of employment services as they re-enter the community.
This comprehensive program prioritizes personal empowerment and responsibility through streamlined access to evidence-based services, including housing assistance, case management, behavioral therapy, and recovery services.

Banyan Works Lifts Up Our Patients and Our Community
When people leave residential treatment or are released from incarceration, they face difficult challenges finding safe housing, stable employment, and positive community relationships. As a result, many relapse or return to incarceration. By combining state of the art, evidence based residential SUD treatment with pre-vocational and vocational training, this program delivers a continuum of treatment and recovery services that will significantly reduce the number of individuals that relapse and/or overdose. Banyan Works aims to improve employment and housing stability outcomes in order to enhance the lives of our patients and the communities they live in.
