Family Medicine

Pediatrics
Through the collaborative environment at Banyan Community Health, we provide comprehensive primary care and behavioral health care for pediatric patients in Miami-Dade County. From vision and hearing screenings to full physicals, psychiatric services to free immunizations, we’re here to provide the highest level of care for all stages of a child’s growth and development.
Adolescent
We work closely with young patients and their parents to build a strong foundation for a healthy, fulfilling life. We offer comprehensive primary health care, developmental assessments, group and individual psychotherapy services, family therapy, parent support, crisis intervention, case management services, for adolescent patients.
Maternal Health Services
We provide comprehensive physical and behavioral health care for women, including OB-GYN services, in an environment focused on “whole patient” care. Laboratory Services
To ensure the convenience of our patients, the medical staff at Banyan Community Health is trained and equipped to perform general lab tests on-site.
Hypertension Care (Blood Pressure)
We provide our patients with the tools to prevent or manage hypertension (high blood pressure), including blood pressure screenings, monitoring, medication, and support for patients diagnosed with high blood pressure.
Diabetes Care Program
Through our comprehensive diabetes care program, the team at Banyan Community Health empowers residents of our community to live healthier lives. We offer diabetes screenings, glucose monitoring, podiatry screenings, nutrition planning, pre-diabetes management and care, patient education, and more.
HIV Care and Prevention
We offer confidential HIV testing and counseling, referrals for HIV preventative medication (PrEP) and post-exposure medication (PEP), as well as comprehensive health care for patients who are living with HIV.
