Saturday Back to School Health Clinics
This August, Banyan Health Systems will offer a Back to School Health Fair every Saturday at our Community Health Center at 3733 W. Flagler.
Join us Saturdays in August from 8 am – 12 pm to receive school physical exams, sports exams, COVID-19 vaccines, and wellness information. Make sure your children are ready to return to school and protect the health and safety of our community with the COVID-19 vaccine, available to individuals 12 and older.
Call (305) 774-3400 to schedule an appointment. Appointments are recommended but not required. Walk-ins welcome.
COVID Vaccine Options
Banyan offers all three COVID-19 vaccines: Pfizer, Moderna, and Johnson & Johnson.
- Pfizer: Two doses, available for anyone 12 years of age or older.
- Moderna: Two doses, available for anyone 18 years of age or older.
- Johnson & Johnson: One single dose, available for anyone 18 years of age or older.
